When I got it it was missing both lower flippers and the DMD was cracked (destroyed).  I "borrowed" the DMD and flippers from WWF while I waited to get replacements.  I had quite a few board issues but they were sorted fairly quickly.  I gave it a semi-complete shop job (didn't remove under-playfield ramps).
