I got this locally in Jul 07.  Main score display was not working.  Got it fixed after realizing that someone had cut traces and IC legs (maybe to troubleshoot?!?).  I have to admit that I'm a bit surprised about this game..  I had low expectations since it's a Gtb/Premier, especially a "street level" game...  It's actually pretty fun!
